Very unprofessional. They take no ownership. They told us that the shop is open and when we visited the shop was closed. Also when we got the product and saw the date of expiry, we asked them to take the product back and give us a different one with an extended expiry date as it was still sealed but they refused to exchange it or take it back.

This pet shop is very well-equipped, organized, and well-maintained. One can find any pet-related product at a bearable cost and also with considerable discount. Owners are very helpful, kind, and always welcoming you with a smiling face.
