I’ve been using BillClap for managing invoices, stock, and GST reports, and the experience has been outstanding. The platform is extremely user-friendly, fast, and well-structured for businesses of all sizes. The reporting features are especially impressive sales reports, purchase summaries, profit & loss statements, and GSTR-1 exports are generated seamlessly with accurate data. The ability to download reports in PDF and Excel formats makes compliance and analysis much easier.

I am writing this review with great disappointment and frustration. Billclap Billing Software is a completely unreliable and fraudulent company. As an employee, my salary was never paid, even after repeated follow-ups. There is no professionalism or ethics in how this company operates. From the customer side, the situation is even worse. Customers are extremely unhappy because: Wrong and inaccurate reports are generated by the software Promised features do not work properly After selling the software, no support is provided The support team does not answer calls or messages Even the owner and management are unreachable Customers are now angry and frustrated with us, because we sold them this software in good faith, but the company has completely disappeared after taking money. Despite multiple requests, no refund has been given to customers. This shows clear intention to cheat. The company has taken money but failed to deliver service, support, or accountability. This appears to be a total fraud setup, and people should be extremely careful before trusting them. The Managing Director, Gaurav Gupta, is also not responding to any calls or communication. ⚠️ Strong warning: Do NOT buy this software. Do NOT work for this company. You may lose both money and peace of mind.

I had bought these sotware, the worst software. Customer care people dont know anything about software. If i ask for simple journal entry, they say that future is not there. Worst for bank and other transaction. Please dont buy these product
