This coffee shop is definitely better than average and enjoys a prime location in a good corporate vicinity, making it a convenient stop for professionals. The place has a genuinely good vibe — warm, welcoming, and perfect for a quick break or a relaxed meeting. The baristas deserve a special mention for their friendly attitude and skill, which adds to the overall experience. While the beverages themselves are fairly average compared to some other specialty cafés, the atmosphere more than makes up for it. It’s a spot I would still recommend visiting, especially if you want to enjoy the ambiance and energy of the place.

Its spacious & quiet. Well maintained, good atmosphere. Due to which they are pitching corporate events. Food & coffees are good. The staff is friendly and helps with making your coffee just the way you like it. See pics 📸

I usually prefer food and drink service... Some of my favourite are vanilla milkshake and peri peri pop fries and i love it. Staff members are quite polite and easy to go for all kind of help and support with the services.

Attended an interesting coffee tasting session conducted by Faizan and Anjali. While we tasted the new Blonde Roast, we were acquainted with the 3 steps of coffee appreciation, which involves smell, mouth feel and finally the taste of the coffee. We were encouraged to mix citrus tasting foods with the coffee, while interesting stickers were shared with us as takeaways.Session was short and sweet, informative and involving of the participants. Starbucks otherwise, is located in the pristine marketplace of Powai. Surrounded my many other premium eateries. Easy parking is available here. There are some recent, interesting, healthy, non-bread additions to the menu, like the Asian Bowl and Amaranth Parfait. However portion sizes needs to be better. Customer service is great here, and so is the convenience of location. A great place to work and enjoy informal and formal meetings alike.

One of the best Starbucks in India! The Powai outlet consistently delivers an exceptional experience; thanks to its warm atmosphere, top-notch service, and truly dedicated team. A heartfelt thank you to Maharajan, Suman, Aditi, Tanvi, Ajay, Sujeet, and the entire crew for always going above and beyond to make every visit special. A special mention and sincere kudos to Natrajan, the store manager, whose leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence truly set this store apart. His guidance is clearly reflected in the seamless service and welcoming environment that customers enjoy every day. The food here is consistently fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. And if you're visiting, you absolutely must try my favorite the Asian Veg Bowl and Hazelnut Caffe Latte (if you want something other than coffee you can go for the Chocolate Milkshake; you can request for additional chocolate chips :D). They are always made to perfection and truly completes the Starbucks experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for the quintessential Starbucks experience in Mumbai, India.
