BillClap Referral Policy
This Referral Policy applies to referrals made by existing Users of BillClap Products to invite new users to register and purchase subscription of BillClap Products. This Referral Policy is part of and incorporated within, and is to be read along with the Terms of Service https://BillClap.com/terms. The terms capitalised in this policy and not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Terms of Service.
- 1. BillClap rewards existing Users of BillClap Products who encourage new users to register and purchase subscription of BillClap Products. If a new user (the “Referee” ) registers and purchases a subscription plan on either of the BillClap Products using a referral code/referral link of an existing User (the “Referrer” ), the Referrer and the Referee shall both be entitled to a reward ( “Referral Bonus” ) as detailed in this Referral Policy. The decision as to whether the referral code/referral link is valid shall be made by BillClap at its discretion. BillClap’ decision in this regard shall be final and binding.
- 2. BillClap’ Cancellation and Refund Policy https://BillClap.com/cancelation-policy shall not apply and be available to the Referees that purchase subscription of BillClap Products using a referral code/referral link. To clarify, no refund shall be provided by BillClap for cancellation of paid subscription by a Referee.
- 3. Upon successful completion of registration and purchase of subscription by a Referee using a valid referral code/referral link, the following shall be provided as Referral Bonus:
- o The Referrer shall be entitled to a cash reward of INR 500/-
- o The Referee shall be entitled to an additional 3 months of subscription to the BillClap plan they subscribe to.
- BillClap shall not provide any Referral Bonus if either the Referee or the Referrer is in violation of this policy or the Terms of Service.
- 4. BillClap has arrangements with banks, affiliates, payment gateways, payment aggregators and other financial service providers for processing Referral Bonuses ( “Service Providers” ). BillClap endeavours to ensure that eligible cash bonuses are processed within 20 working days of successful purchase of subscription by the Referee. However, this timeline is indicative and processing of cash bonuses is subject to the time taken by the Service Providers.
- 5. The Referee and the Referrer agree to provide any information required to facilitate payment of applicable cash bonuses including but not limited to bank account details, bank branch names, UPI addresses, IFSC codes. BillClap will facilitate payment of applicable cash bonuses to the bank account, or the UPI address provided by the Referrer/Referee. BillClap will not be responsible for non-transfer or non-payment of referral incentive including applicable cash bonus if incorrect or incomplete information is provided by the Referrer/Referee.
- 6. BillClap reserves the right to discontinue or amend the Referral Bonus and this Referral Policy altogether at any point of time.
- 7. Referral agents/distributors of BillClap, BillClap’ partners, BillClap’ employees shall not be eligible for Referral Bonuses under this Referral Policy.
