What is BillClap?
BillClap is a cloud-based business management platform for small and medium businesses in India. It helps businesses create GST invoices and bills of supply, manage inventory and stock, record purchases and sales, track expenses, generate business reports, run POS billing, create e-invoices and e-way bills, collect payments, and operate an online store (Digital Dukaan) from a single dashboard.
BillClap is operated by DigiClap Technologies Private Limited and is available on the web at app.billclap.com, on Android, and on desktop (Electron).

Why Google Sign-In?
BillClap offers optional Sign in with Google so users can securely access their BillClap account without entering a one-time password every time. Google Sign-In is used solely for secure authentication — to verify that you are the owner of the Google account linked to your BillClap profile.
Before using Google Sign-In on the login screen, you must connect your Google account from BillClap Settings. Each email address can only be linked to one BillClap account.
What Google data is used?
When you choose to sign in or connect with Google, BillClap only requests basic profile information needed to identify and authenticate your account:
- Name — to display on your BillClap profile
- Email address — to identify your account and send important service communications
- Profile picture (if available) — optional display on your profile
- Google account identifier — a unique ID used only to link your Google account to your BillClap account
This information is used only to create, link, and authenticate your BillClap account. It is not sold to third parties and is not used for advertising.
What BillClap does not access
BillClap does not access the following Google services or data:
- Gmail or email content
- Google Drive or files stored in Drive
- Google Calendar or calendar events
- Google Contacts or contact lists
- YouTube, Google Photos, or any other Google product data
BillClap will not access any additional Google data unless users explicitly authorize such features in the future, and any such feature will be disclosed before permission is requested.
